What makes coffee special?

We are all about coffee and tea. Most of the coffee sourced by TCC comes from the eastern ghats of Odisha. Mostly intergrown with pepper and cardamom, the coffee has a unique flavor.

How long does the coffee stay fresh?

TCC coffee package has a best before date printed on it. Please open and brew before the best before end date to ensure you get the full richness and aroma of our coffee. Once opened, reseal tightly and brew quickly.

Is TCC Coffee are organic?

Currently, we don’t offer exclusive organic coffee. We are always looking to expand our products offering to enrich your coffee drinking experience. If you would like to be the first to know more about our organic coffee range, please do subscribe our newsletter/signup for updates from TCC.

Do we ship internationally?

Not yet, we currently deliver within India only. Subscribe our newsletter and signup for mailing list, we will be update you regarding the same.

Can I change the delivery address after I order has been placed?

No, the delivery address can’t be changed after your place the order. Please check the address and other details carefully before placing the order.

Can I get a receipt for my order?

Yes, you will receive a payment confirmation receipt into your email /mobile.

How should I store my coffee?

We recommend you keep the coffee in the original packet sealed tightly or store it in a closed jar in a cool and dark place away from strong aromas to preserve the aroma of the coffee.

Can I order coffee filter paper?

Yes, coffee filter paper is available at a very reasonable price. If you would like to order one of them, please do visit our site shopping section.

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery period ranges from 2 -7 working days depending upon the location and availability of the quantity ordered.

I don’t like the TCC Coffee that I received. What should I do?

We’re sorry that you aren’t enjoying our coffee. Please let us know your comments/suggestions within the 1 week of receiving your coffee. We will try to arrange a refund for your order, please do attach your invoice/receipt your received after the order was placed. Please refer to our refund and return policy carefully, here.

How do I know if my payment information is safe?

The payment will be proceeded through a third party secure gateway and your card details are not stored in our site.

How can I reset my password?
