– Think Caffee minimum retail space – 400 sq ft. to 1200 sq ft. (Ground Floor, 1st Floor, 2nd Floor or Rooftop)
– Minimum Frontage Area – 15 ft to 30 ft
– Public or Own Parking space is important
– Access to own toilets or common toilets
