We are glad that you have ordered food /beverages/baked goods from our outlet which you have loved.

Cancellation

As a general rule you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same. Cancellation of order can be done for Cash on Delivery order only. Online payment cancellation of order is not allowed.

“Think Caffee (thinkcaffee.com)” has the right to cancel order in such case full refund will be done from the website to the payment method used while placing the order for online payments. Incase an item on your order being unavailable, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the order/registered/mentioned in your account profile on -www.thinkcaffee.com.

In case the delivery is via ‘3rd party/delivery-partner company’, their cancellation policies shall be applicable.

Refunds

You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing your order on the Platform and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:

  1. Your order packaging has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery;
  2. We cancelling your order due to
  3. your delivery location following outside our designated delivery zones;
  4. failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or
  5. failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or
  6. you cancelling the order at the time of confirmation due to unavailability of the items you ordered for at the time of booking.

Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.

In case the delivery is via ‘3rd party/delivery-partner company’, their refund policies shall be applicable.

All refund amounts shall be credited to your bank account/wallet/redeemed to your membership card within 5-7 business days in accordance with the terms governed by bank issuing your credit / debit card.

Retail/Merchandise

We are glad that you have ordered Think Caffee product/s that you loved from our website. But in case something is not right with the product you received, kindly let us know. You may return it to our mailing address and place a new order for another colour, different size, or an entirely new item from our product range.

You may return the goods if what your received is is not in good condition, damaged or defective, or if delivered product is different from what you had ordered.

The returned product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Please keep its original packaging and tags of the Think Caffee brand. The return policy is valid for 60 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. If product remain unreturned for 14 days from the date of purchase, you shall not be eligible for the refund.

Process

  1. Kindly mention the tracking number/AWB number on the return package
  2. Once we receive the returned courier at Think Caffee mailing address, we will then credit the amount to the bank account/wallet details mentioned by you.

Walk-in store exchanges

You can also drop at any of Think Caffee outlets for exchange of any products.

For a hassle-free exchange process at our outlets do carry an invoice copy along with the unused products & the tags intact. In case you select a new product from our retail section at the store, then you may have to pay the price difference amount if applicable.
